Bieber, Answer Your Phone. It's The President.

What do Justin Bieber and President Barack Obama have in common? They’re probably the two most famous people on earth, for one thing. And they’ve both received letters from an heretofore unknown New Jersey high school student named Payton Hall. The only difference is that Payton has actually met the President. And with his help, she’ll soon get to meet the Biebs.
It all started when President Obama laid a wreath at the World Trade Center site on Thursday and lingered to speak with people who had lost family members in 9/11. Payton Hall was one of those people. Her father, Glen James Wall, was killed in the 9/11 attack. Payton had written a letter to the President about how 9/11 had affected her life, including “what it’s like to have to live without a father.”
Upon meeting the Commander-in-Chief, however, Payton admitted that she had originally written the letter to Justin Bieber. Instead of mailing it, she decided to revise it and send it to the president.
“I wrote to Obama about how Justin Bieber inspired me to tell my story,” Payton explained.
Apparently, good things come to those who wait and “belieb.” After listening to Payton’s story, President Obama promised to “pull some strings” and arrange for Payton to meet the teen dream the next time he’s in New York.
Well, there you have it. Kudos to President Obama.
What else is there to say? Except Never Say Never.
